This loveable mascot costume was created for restaurant owner in a college town. He liked obscure furry Warner Brothers cartoon characters, and he mentioned he had always thought that carved coconut heads were funny. He liked some detailed monster custom mascots that he had seen on other sites, but at $5,000, they didn't fit his budget.

 

How this character was created:

We made some quick sketches as we spoke, scanning and e-mailing the ideas back and forth until we had an appropriately outrageous character.

We sculpted a three-dimensional model for his approval. The actor silhouette was drawn in to demonstrate how the costume would fit. Patterns were created from the model.
